CNC Milling
At Esko, we offer precise milling tasks ranging from single pieces to large-scale production. Our CNC milling machines can produce many identical complex parts in both metal and other materials using advanced CAD/CAM systems.
CNC milling (Computer Numerical Controlled) refers to machines programmed by a computer to manufacture complex parts that comply with ISO standards. Milling involves removing material from a clamped workpiece using rotating tools, unlike turning, where the workpiece itself rotates.
CAD/CAM Technology
We use advanced CAD/CAM systems that allow for the design and simulation of production in 3D. This ensures high precision and quality in milling work, and our designers can contribute as early as the design phase, optimizing the production process and minimizing errors.
Our large raw material inventory and flexible production capacity mean we can quickly turn your ideas into reality.
Products and Capacities
We have 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machining centers, including a 5-axis multitasking machine for multi-sided machining with high precision. Our machines can handle workpieces with a machining area of up to 700 x 800 x 3000 mm.
We produce, among other things:
